Dear Pham,

As a feedback about our trip I can say that it was a nice experience and well organised. In average we enjoyed it very much. I have only a few remarks to make for maybe a future improvement of your service:
- Our staying in Hoi An was a little bit boring, because there was too little to do. I went to an office where we booked a short trip by ourselves. Maybe for future customers you could include a activity there for a little upgrade of the price.
- When we went back to the airport in HCMC I had a fight with the taxidriver about the charged price. The meter pointed 82,000. I offered him 90,000, but he said he wanted 130,000 because the bellboys of the hotel told him that I should pay 130,000. Please ask the hotels you do business with not to cheat their customers. In Europe these things are not done and the customers get very angry about these practises.

But again, all three of us did enjoy the trip in average. I spoke already to a friend of mine, who is interested to travel to Vietnam with his wife, about this trip. He is now in Thailand and have plans to come this region in the last months of this year, he wants then also visit Vietnam.

I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart because you helped me plan the perfect holiday! I have never had so much fun in my life!!

My entire trip from the start to the end was absolutely wonderful. The guides and drivers who picked me up in Hanoi were so kind and helpful and they made me feel very welcomed. The hotel in Hanoi was beautiful and the service was wonderful.

Once I arrived in Hue my guide Tam, and my driver Nam were there waiting for me, and I must say, I was so happy to meet them. Tam was so warm hearted, kind and extremely knowledgable about vietnamese culture. I highly recommend Tam as a guide, I felt as though I learned so much from him. He is absolutely a wonderful person. My driver Nam is also a wonderful person he was so kind, warm hearted and helpful, and also an amazing driver. I felt very safe having him as a driver.

I had such a wonderful time with both Tam and Nam, in fact, we spent much of our time laughing and having fun! We had so much fun that my face actually hurt from smiling too much!

Everything about my trip was perfect, I have absolutely no critisims, I felt as though Tam and Nam were old friends, we all had many laughs and good times, I miss them already!

I loved the hotels I stayed at during my holiday, they were all beautiful and had great services and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The food was amazing!

I would be more than happy to have my comments posted o­n your website, because I think your travel agency is the best I have ever dealt with! Furthermore, I look forward to planning my next holiday with vietnamspirittravel, many many thanks to everyone!

Sorry for the delay in reply.

We just came back home, almost exhausted after 21 days vietnam trip with you. In the final days in vietnam, we were just reluctant to reture. We are planning back to vietnam in a not remote future. I and Lee just want to say "a big thank you" to all staff at VST that made our trip so smooth and impressive.

We have met so many beautiful and friendly vietnamese, we think we will keep those faces and eyes and lovely smiles forever in our hearts. To be frank, initially, we felt a little bit uncomfortable by contacting a travel company in the other side of the world, we read the "testimonials" pages and what we received were all praises and strong recommendations. All the email responses were so efficient and prompt and informative.

We were lucky to have Pham, Binh and many other nice young people as our guides, their knowledge of their hometown and command of English just amazed us! All of them were punctual and went out of their way to make our tours enjoyable and informative. It is hard for us to pick the "best" of all. All the drivers were very polite and always ready to help, o­ne of them (I can't remember where) even understand and speak some simple English. You just can't imagine how happy we were with so many young and hard-working people. We saw vietnam's future from these people.

We will recommend vietnamspirit travel to our friends who intend to visit vietnam.
